Water We are proud of our water source...spring water from the Southern Alps that are sparsely populated and generate some of the cleanest and tastiest water...perfect for making vodka. Spirit We use the highest quality distilled spirit in New Zealand. Our spirit is from Whey...we call it milk honey.
