This Syrah displays aromatics of dark berries; deep and sensuous.The pallet is rich and warm with the flavours of ripe boysenberries, dark plums and spice, finishing with a long liquorice and warm soft tannin extension
Aroma
Blueberries, spice and hints of currants, a floral fragrance emerges then gives way to Blackberry, Raspberry, prunes and bramble.
Palate
A warm smooth sweet taste of blueberry and red liquorice fills the mouth, balanced nicely by an extended warm spice memory. The tannins on the finish, are fine and well structured.
Food Match
Antipasto plate including hard cheeses, or try roast chicken with mixed herb stuffing and roasted vegetables.
