The beer had a medium body but a crisp bite when sipped.” Moa Noir is a European dark lager/ Munchner Dunkel. It is a dark brown beer with hues of red and a characteristic strong white foam. Malt dominates with chocolate, coffee and biscuit flavours apparent. Bitterness is low to emphasise malt flavours. Subtle bitterness rounds out the after taste and mouth feel. Hop aroma is minimal. Best served at approximately 6°C in a lager glass.
