Located in the cool maritime region of Marlborough, Daniel Le Brun Brut Non Vintage is create using the three classic grape varieties of method traditionnellel Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Once this wine is blended it undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle, it is then rested on lees in our cellars for an extended maturation of up to four years before disgorging and release. The aromatics consist of clean fresh strawberry, citrus and orange peel, balanced with complex biscuit and bread characters. The palate offers fresh and lively acidity showing perfect integration of yeast-derived autolysis and nutty characters accompanied by elegant primary fruit flavours. Ideal as an aperitif of served with oysters.
