Aromas and flavours of spiced pear, quince and apple crumble lead into a softly textured palate. The pure fruit flavours of this wine combine with a gentle natural acidity resulting in a balanced dry finish. Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif or match with seafood, chicken, salads or vegetarian dishes. This wine is drinking beautifully now but can be enjoyed for two-three years from vintage with careful cellaring.
