Ouzo Tsantali is the result of the long experience in the art of distillation of Evangelos Tsantalis. An ideal accompaniment to Greek appetizers, especially fried food and seafood. The distillery Tsantali burn their ouzo for over 100 years after a secret family recipe. The basis of the typical sweet-tart flavor is anise. There are also fennel and other herbs and spices like coriander, cinnamon and cloves. The result is surprisingly mild and makes for a great Olympic ouzo liqueur, whether 'sketo' (pure), 'me pagakia' (on ice) or 'me nero "(with water).
