In pronouncing Alquimia, stress the second syllable: "al KEE mee-uh." Tequila Alquimia is 100 % USDA Certified Organic, made entirely of blue agave Tequilana Weber. All of their agave is estate grown on their family ranch in Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico. The aromas are floral and a touch earthy. The taste is dominated by sweet agave flavor, with a good balance of fruit, white pepper, and citrus. It has a long, mildly spicy finish. A delight to sip or add to your favorite tequila-based cocktail. Winner of a Gold Medal in the 2010 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Moderate wet cement agave and citrus dominate the aromas. Sweet and light in the mouth, the flavour is balanced with high earthy agave, heather, and white pepper. Finishes with a sweet hint of citrus and pear.
